This is a problem between you and sorbs, not related to SA.

> 1: is this maybe an hidded bug in how spamassassin is using sorbs ?

Without any evidence that it is, I'd confidently assume it's not.

Check it for yourself, using the "host" command, note IPs are reversed in
blacklist DNS records:

# This indicates 190.25.224.27 is listed by sorbs:
$ host 27.224.25.190.dnsbl.sorbs.net
27.224.25.190.dnsbl.sorbs.net has address 127.0.0.7

# This indicates 64.71.152.40 is not listed by sorbs:
$ host 40.152.71.64.dnsbl.sorbs.net
Host 40.152.71.64.dnsbl.sorbs.net not found: 3(NXDOMAIN)

If you get the same results with this host command on your (DUL listed) server,
but it's not working with spamassassin, then maybe it's a spamassassin bug.

> 2: is sorbs createing list in a way that works or not works ?

Blocking queries from DUL IPs isn't enough of a reason to remove sorbs from the
default SA rules, and there is nothing else the SA project can do.

> why is sorbs dns server give me refussed in bind9 logs

Because they feel it's a better use of their resources? I don't know, not
related to SA.

You're sure you're not using forwarders in your bind server? This is an issue
for you to discuss with the users list, not in a bug report.

> if its unfair from me to ask about it, then i would just take sorbs out of
> the problem, if spammassassin dont care i will drop spamassassin an use
> dspam in future

By all means, do whatever works best for you. Is dspam just a bayesian filter?
 So it would be like... continuing to use spamassassin with all the network
tests and all the other non-bayes rules disabled?

> but i hate the above problems

I'm sorry you find it so unpleasant.
