Nevertheless, the ../spamd/spamd.raw should have sufficed.

What is the first line (the hashbang line) in a file
  ../spamd/spamd.raw
as seen from the 't' tests subdirectory?

Does a file '/usr/bin/perl' exist?  It is a symlink?
