Can't reproduce it even with SpamAssassin 3.3.1,
although I can imagine how this issue could arise.

Please show:

$ perl -le 'use DB_File; print DB_File->VERSION'
$ perl -le 'use SHA1; print SHA1->VERSION'
$ perl -le 'use SHA; print SHA->VERSION'
$ perl -v
