same ruleset

is 3.4.0-rc2 lint tested with all plugins disabled, exept check that is 
not possible to disable, if its does lint ok, then its not missing 
ifplugin, but i see diff results on my 2 spamassassin installs, one 
still running 3.3.2 and the other 3.4.0 rc2

also missing redis plugin seen in diag, what perl module is needed for 
this ?
