Per Infra:
Infra will remove KEYS files from mirrors on Tuesday. Links in download
pages to KEYS files should be updated to reference
https://www.apache.org/dist/, as per
https://www.apache.org/dev/release-download-pages#links second bullet.
KAM:

http://www.apache.org/dist/spamassassin/KEYS
This should be changed to https when we can once again edit our website.
