Ray, as the error message indicates, please ask your system administrator, or
directly tend to the recipient's admin. There is nothing we can do about this.

SpamAssassin is being used by the recipient. They are responsible for scanning,
as well as any action taken. SA in fact cannot "block" or reject mail. That
decision and action is entirely the recipient's responsibility.

Our FAQ [1] might offer further info of interest, in particular concerning
topics like "I'm not a spammer".

In a general note, a bug-tracker is for tracking issues or feature requests,
and their progress. It is not suitable for support questions.

And in a specific note: Ray, the message you attached does not resemble a full,
raw message, but just the info users care about -- leaving out all the
technical stuff. Your admin or the recipient's admin might ask you about
details of the mail you sent.

Closing RESOLVED, INVALID. Not a bug.
