Cindy, while people on the users@ list *might* be able to help after seeing a
sample that gets rejected, the list actually is not the best place to resolve
your issue. Depending on where exactly your mail is classified as spam, your
primary contacts are

(a) the intended recipient, or his system administrator, and
(b) your own system administrator.

Point being: The SA team develops the software. We are not responsible for
using the software on your or your contacts' mail servers, even less so for any
action taken based on the classification.


Additionally, you might want to have a look at our FAQ [1], in particular the
section "I'm not a spammer!", for further input.
