Karsten Bräckelmann is still active in bugzilla, and mailing list

One of the duties of the PMC is to maintain the quality of the
community for SpamAssassin.

And one of the ways this is done is to give credit where credit is
due. I therefore propose that all committers/PMC members that have
not not committed anything since Feb 1, 2013 are moved to inactive in
the CREDITS and removed from PMC list to better reflect those
currently working on the project. And while our official policy is
six months
(http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/spamassassin/trunk/CREDITS), this
cleanup hasn't occurred in some time so I wanted to be lenient and
leave plenty of time for those concerned to work on and make a commit.
I will assume lazy consensus for this task on 2/6.

Additionally, I'd like to continue moving people towards committer and
PMC status. If you feel you deserve karma to commit on the SA Project
or to be a member of the PMC, please don't hesitate to discuss it with
on or off-list. Our project relies on volunteers just like you!

KAM

Based on the proposal passing, the following committers have been moved
to the inactive section of the Credits in following with the projects
rules at http://wiki.apache.org/spamassassin/ProjectRoles. And while I
double checked this, if for any reason I made a mistake, please do speak
up. There is no malice simply a desire to follow the projects published
rules and give credit to those currently active. Speaking for the
committee, all are welcome back at any time with a simple email and you
have my personal thanks for your assistance in creating this amazing
project called SpamAssassin.

Additionally, this email serves as notification to the ASF board for the
purposes of the necessary board resolution that it is the wishes of the
SpamAssassin PMC to remove the following PMC members who are now
considered emeritus by the project pursuant to the passing by lazy
consensus of the proposal herein which was applied equally and leniently:

- Karsten Bräckelmann
- Theo Van Dinter
- Matt Kettler
- Daryl C. W. O'Shea
- Daniel Quinlan
- Dale 'Doc' Schneider
- Malte S. Stretz
