Afternoon All:
First, we've been working hard to get the website updated and all the
little ducks needed after a release done. I'll be sending out the
announcement as soon as a few more ducks are lined up.
Second, as of right now, we can return to standard Commit-Then-Review
since the release is done.
Third, Now that we officially have a 3.4 branch, though, I suggest we
work on only trunk and then update the 3.4 branch when 3.4.1 is ready
until we need two branches.
The only exception I can think of for this is some files that are linked
from the 3.4 branch such as the UPGRADE file. But I'm not an SVN expert
so welcome input on that idea.
Finally, this leads to the fact that the UPGRADE file was missed for the
prep work for 3.4. Perhaps the README too.
