I noticed an odd bit of output from RuleQA while looking at the detail page for
a rule:
"Detailed results for rule T_DATE_IN_FUTURE_Q_PLUS, from source file
HASH(0xaac1de0). Source file was last modified on 1970-01-01 00:00:00 UTC."
