http://spamassassin.apache.org/downloads.cgi?update=201402111327 contains old
files (at least the docs are out-dated).
Tarball has as last entry in Changes

Whereas the 3.4 branch was created with revision 1567219
This is especially visible in /usr/local/share/docs/spamassassin/UPGRADE that
is missing upgrading to 3.4
