We just discussed this on ruleqa list. Some log is either being processed or received at a different time. The freqs information is processed throughout the day while ruleqa mass check analysis happens once a day.
I am camping for a few days and have been looking at how to add info about each log from each person and removing old logs so day to day people know about their masscheck contribution.
