Where missed-2014-09-25 contained spam that SA missed lately. I added one rule
at a time, deleting the corresponding emails and then rerunning this script.
It took about a minute to run each time, with one month of ham and missed spam.
The fractions are how many emails it hit out of how many were remaining in the
missed folder, and probably shouldn't be included.
