Patch to fix wget options fetching MIRRORED.BY
wget uses -O, not -o, to determine the output file for the fetched data. -o
relates to logging.
This causes sa-update to fail to retrieve the MIRRORED.BY for a third-party
channel on a fresh install. If the file is fetched by hand the channel update
succeeds.
