Right now we have:
tflags USER_IN_WHITELIST userconf nice noautolearn
having
tflags USER_IN_WHITELIST userconf nice
would allow sites doing autolearning to make use this data for learning ham
I'd even go to the extent of removing all "noautolearn" entries in
60_whitelist.cf
60_whitelist_dkim.cf
60_whitelist_subject.cf
