Outlook 15 same problem like 12 and 14: When a X-MSMail-Priority header is set
X-MimeOLE is missing.
Since we can not remove Outlook for the planet ;>

to
__HAS_OFFICE121415_IN_MAILER X-Mailer =~ /^Microsoft (?:Office )?Outlook

should solve the issue.
