The description of most RBLs is something like "Listed in FOOBL [domain.com]".
Similar informational output for TxRep would be convenient for debugging.
When there's an issue where a message is given an incorrect reputation, it
would be nice to be able to see without retesting that SA is querying with
domain.com, IP range 123.456, etc.
