I did test the last RC and I'm happy with it. Unfortunately these
days I won't have much of the internet connectivity so can't
re-test it now. Assuming the proposed code and packages are
essentially the same as the last RC, I'm giving my +1 vote hereby.

Other than document changes, version changes, rule/score cfs from rule processes, and some logic on the t/sa_compile.t file to try and get make disttest to work with re2c, it's effectively identical to rc2. In short, if you are running rc2, there is zero reason to change to 3.4.1 release so this makes your +1 good. Thanks.
