OK, we have a known issue with sa_compile.t that appears to be a test
failure not indicative of a code issue.
All sa's are up now, but the version string on the resultant headers and
/var/log/mail* show still 3.4.0. The --version from CLI shows 3.4.1.
/usr/local/bin/spamd should be the one to start, so is there correct
version string in the executable?
There is for me:
spamd --version
SpamAssassin Server version 3.4.1
What do you show for the version?

All show 3.4.1 now as expected. I had systemd starting old version
somehow and things like that.
