Masscheck results for that combination hit a lot of low-scoring spam and little
or no ham.

It's certainly possible that modifications of masscheck messages render that
rule less accurate in masscheck - I know that happens with one subrule because
of the way axb captures his corpora, I got bitten by it because it seemed to be
a great spam sign and had to stop relying on how it behaves in masscheck.

I could certainly add an exclusion so that only one of the two rules hits.
