rules/20_freemail_domains.cf incorrectly lists pandora.be as a freemail domain.
Pandora(.be) was the original brand name of Telenet(.be), a large Belgian cable
ISP.
Mailboxes under this domain are (and always have been) available only to paying
customers, it has never been a freemail domain.
