It looks like both the weekly and nightly masschecks need to have sufficient
corpora in order for an update to be generated.
We're under the ham threshold by less than one user's mailbox (I have
almost exactly that amount in emails from @spamassassin.apache.org in my
mail archive). Get those samples in!
