spampd giving me the following errors:

where 213.133.99.99 is the IP of my DNS server.
but he DNS server is reachable:
root@corti ~> telnet 213.133.99.99 53

the notation in [] seems related to IPv6 but I didn't find any useful
information on the problem.
Is there a problem?
