I suspect that this is more of a test for whether the domain is real and looks
superficially in use. I looked a few hits on this and only one even had a whois
entry.

If anyone want to try it, I suggest doing it as: 

   __NO_MX_FOR_FROM && ! NO_DNS_FOR_FROM
