patch lib/Mail/SpamAssassin/Message/Metadata/Received.pm
Horde adjusts the Received header to say "HTTPS" when
a connection is made over HTTPS, but SpamAssassin was only consider
"HTTP". This led it to enforce RBL checks on authenticated connections.
Make SpamAssassin accept "HTTPS" as well.
