For some reason by rule submissions have failed for some days now. It looks the the run goes OK, but when trying to rsync the logfiles upwards to apache.org the process just halts. It hangs on the endlessly and does not give up. Just does not upload anything and does not cancel either.
Has been this way for 3 days at least. I have not touched anything related on my side. br. jarif
