           Product: Spamassassin
           Version: 3.4.0
          Hardware: Other

          Reporter: dirk.traen...@nwowhv.de
  Target Milestone: Undefined

Hi,

on monday one of our users reported a bounced outgoing email. After analysing
the maillog we found 17 bounces of the same postfix email-queue-id.

This is the error-text:

Dec  4 17:24:32 nwomx postfix/pipe[40200]: 5973C906554: to=<f...@bar.de>,
relay=spamchk, delay=0.18, delays=0.12/0.01/0/0.05, dsn=5.3.5, status=bounced
(local configuration error. Command output: Exceeded max number of arguments
(24) in /etc/mail/spamassassin/spamc.conf

spamc.conf:
-s 268435456

After some tests we can reproduce this behavoiur when sending an email to more
than 16 receipients.

Any ideas?

Regards

Dirk
