Both the RDNS_DYNAMIC and HELO_DYNAMIC_IPADDR rules are firing for email
received from the Sendgrid mailing service.
The RDNS for their sender addresses looks like this example:
o167-89-97-77.outbound-mail.sendgrid.net
which matches against both of the dynamic detection rules above. The sum of
the default scores for the two rules exceed the default threshold - effectively
saying that all mail from Sendgrid is Spam.
