SA tries to use rdsn info from trusted received: header - AFAIK most MTA trust
only "closed PTR-A loop".
SA itself looks for "closed PTR-A loop"in RDNS_NONE test.

I think such distinction may be useful but I am not sure it is worth the
implementation effort. RDNS_NONE covers even more and RDNS_NONE scores are
pretty high.
