Just out of curiosity I clicked on the SPF explanation link in a spam I
got this morning that got through SA:

...and got "connection refused".
openspf.net seems to be having consistent problems lately according to
https://notopening.com/site/openspf.net
...same with opensfp.org (same IP address):
https://notopening.com/site/openspf.org
Is openspf.net defunct? If so, perhaps we should change this to a working
SPF test site...
