In this document https://www.libsrs2.org/srs/srs.pdf on page 6 in section 3.1
is text:
The first separator, which immediately follows the string SRS0 or SRS1 may be
any of =, + or -.
On page www.openspf.org/SRS in archive:
http://web.archive.org/web/20190218065852/http://www.openspf.org/SRS
character "+" is used in examples.
Unfortunately some senders is using SRS implementation with "+".
