In revision r1872864 from the 3.4 branch, the settings 'body_part_scan_size'
and 'rawbody_part_scan_size' have been turned into administrator settings.
However in the documentation, they are still listed under the 'USER
PREFERENCES' section instead of the 'ADMINISTRATOR SETTINGS' section.
The same problem is in the trunk branch as far as I can tell.
