Please take this to the SA Users mailing list, and provide via pastebin a
complete sample (all message headers intact) of the email in question from a
recipient site where it has been scored as spam by SA.

Note that a third-party website scanning emails submitted via a web UI is only
a very rough approximation of how the message will score at recipient sites.
For example, it may not be performing all of the SA network-related tests
(though the report below does indicate DNSRBL hits), does not reflect the bayes
score, and does not reflect the analysis related to the submission of the email
via SMTP.
