Force the use of a specific mirror
sa-update has no way to update from a mirror not listed in official
MIRRORED.BY.
There are some cases where downloading from a private mirror will give benefits
to the infrastructure management.
The attached diff provides a --forcemirror option to sa-update in order to be
able to download updates from a particular mirror.
