SpamAssassin has not had working instruction for building under Windows since
version 3.4.1 and ActivePerl's switch to using dmake.
It looks like an alternative should use Strawberry Perl but what we have now
fails to build with it.
Does anyone here have the Windows experience and inclination to take a look at
getting SpamAssassin to build under Windows, preferably using Strawberry?
