Bill Cole <billc...@apache.org> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Resolution|--- |INVALID Status|NEW |RESOLVED CC| |billc...@apache.org --- Comment #1 from Bill Cole <billc...@apache.org> --- (In reply to Navya from comment #0) > S360.ai domain is blacklisted, can you please whitelist the domain. The Apache SpamAssassin Project does not maintain any "blacklists." The default whitelist published as part of our rules channel is based on the direct experience of the user community with "false positives": cases where the SpamAssassin software is scoring mail as 'spam' which is being sent ON LY by the specific request of recipients. We DO NOT proactively add any domains to that whitelist based solely on sender requests. To do so we would need trustworthy concrete evidence of SpamAssassin mis-classifying mail that SpamAssassin users want to receive. You have provided no such evidence. Therefore: there is no "bug" in SpamAssassin to be fixed. You may be able to find help with deliverability problems by participating in the SpamAssassin Users mailing list or in other discussion groups focused on mail operations. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
