Hege, there is no need to patronize. I've been a release manager for several SA
releases. I have asked several times: Does allmodules.t fail or is it just
noisy?

If it failed, an RC should have been blocked or a preX release rolled instead.

In fact, we really should be in prerelease mode not release candidate mode.

Let's just work on making this a good release because there are going to be a
ton of "i told you so's" if it has bugs.
