Hege, there is no need to patronize. I've been a release manager for several SA releases. I have asked several times: Does allmodules.t fail or is it just noisy? If it failed, an RC should have been blocked or a preX release rolled instead. In fact, we really should be in prerelease mode not release candidate mode.
