"This function extracts whole hostnames starting from URLs in the email body"
... isn't this exactly what normal "urirhsbl" rules do? The "whole hostname"
part can be done with tflags notrim (Bug 7835). Tflags "a" and "ns" already
existed since atleast 3.4.3.
