The test t/make_install.t has a comment in a line that says it implies it is
there to allow running under taunt mode, and it does run when called using make
test, but it fails with a taint error when called using prove -T. The script
xt/run_release_test_suite.sh runs all tests using prove -T so make_install.t
fails.
