https://people.apache.org/~sidney/devel It can also be installed from CPAN using tools such as cpanm, e.g. cpanm SIDNEY/Mail-SpamAssassin-4.0.0-rc4-TRIAL.tar.gz Very little has changed from the rc3 release, mostly fixes to tests rather than code, and some work to make meta rule processing work more sensibly. I am very hopeful that after a quick look at rc4 we will be ok for a full 4.0.0 release. Please test and post success or failures as soon as possible.
