I do see KAM's suggestion to use the 'freemail' statement. And i can use that.
It also would mean i have to do a second rule for non freemail domains. But
thats a workable solution.

I agree with Beny the concept of uridnsbl_skip_domain should be looked again
at. And i can at least walk over the list that we supplied (years ago). Domains
that were top talkers a decade ago might have shifted a little by now. 

I think i will resubmit the ticket later in time to redo the
uridnsbl_skip_domain section (for the part that SURBL supplied). 

I think we can close this one in that case. 

As for Benny's comment that SURBL data right now ismnt used in headers checks.
Thats correct and very likely to be changed in the very near feature. Hence me
looking into the uridnsbl_skip_domain part :)
