As mentioned in Bug 8101 comment 6 ml-trk.com shortened URLs have been observed
to perform a redirect to the target URL by returning a location header
(redirect) to /rd.html?go= and then the urlencoded form if the final target
URL. For this to recognized as a redirect and properly followed, we would have
to special case handling of those URLs.
