mail-tester.com is not a site operated by the ASF SpamAssassin project. Their
installation is both obsolete and substantially divergent from the default SA
configuration.

Whether or not SA applies the HELO_DYNAMIC_IPADDR2 to a hostname is
routing-dependent and sensitive to the *site-specific* trusted_networks and
internal_networks settings. As Raymond noted, routing your mail through your
ISP's (Xfinity/Comcast) mail server or a 3rd-party bulk mail ESP *who is
careful not to send spam* will eliminate that issue.
