Just tried a build on trunk, got this:
NOTE: settings for "make test" are now controlled using "t/config.dist".
See that file if you wish to customize what tests are run, and how.

dependency check complete...
Warning: prerequisite Devel::Cycle 0 not found.
Looks like it is needed for a new test?
Not sure how to make that optional for tests only but we need to do
something, even if it is just documentation.
