Does this look like something that needs to be worried about?
I got the impression from some googling that the warning was introduced
in perl 5.38, but the behavior being warned about always existed.
Running make test from trunk
t/basic_lint.t .................... 5/11 Locale 'zh_CN.GB2312' is
unsupported, and may crash the interpreter.
t/basic_lint.t .................... 6/11 Locale 'zh_CN.GBK' is
unsupported, and may crash the interpreter.
t/basic_lint.t .................... 7/11 Locale 'zh_CN.GB18030' is
unsupported, and may crash the interpreter.
