I don't see the error in Windows 10 with Net::DNS versions 1.29 and then after
upgrading it to version 1.40. So I guess it is something new to Windows 11.
I see now that the alias warning is only when I was testing using 4.0.0
release, as that's fixed in bug 8133
Now to decide whether this should be put off to after the 4.0.1 release
