I've witness a case where SENDGRID_REDIR is abused in the wild. The rule is not
documented. Someone already pointed out that the rule score is too high
considering the fact that the Sendgrid service is a marketing mailing service.
That's a big no no and it completely defeats the purpose of a spam filter.
