Bill Cole <billc...@apache.org> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- CC| |billc...@apache.org --- Comment #1 from Bill Cole <billc...@apache.org> --- There's nothing that we can do about that without hard details: specifically an unredacted sample message with full headers that causes the problem. SpamAssassin uses the aggregate scores of hundreds of rules, so it is impossible to say *why* messages are misclassified without an actual message to test. As I know of cPanel+WordPress providers that do not have this issue, this seems like a site-specific problem which others may have seen and fixed. The best way to address such issues first is to ask for help on the SpamAssassin Users Mailing List, which has a far broader audience than this bugzilla. In addition, the failure of cPanel's "White List" to work for you is far from something we could handle, as that is very much cPanel-specific. Your hosting provider or cPanel themselves should be able to help you with that. Your hosting provider is also able to see the logs of the mail server (Exim) and can confirm for you this it is actually SpamAssassin causing the rejection. Obviously, we are not Microsoft and can't fix Outlook. There's absolutely no way for an Outlook setting to do anything regarding a SpamAssassin score. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
