is wrong and I meant the A RRs of the NS RRs.
Additionally...
The A RRs of the NS RRs are looked up for every RBL which has "tflags a" set.
eg. URIBL_CSS_A,URIBL_SBL_A, but not URIBL_CSS,URIBL_SBL either.
It looks like the "tflag a" RBLs are looked up a second time actually instead
of the "tflag ns" onces for the first time.
