Yes, that would be an easy enhancement for a future version.For now, to test what works to ease the load on dnswl we are restricted to only do things that we can do in the rule updates without any code changes.
If the results of the tests show that we want to have different dns_block_time for different dnsbls, we can add that to the next release.
